If I calculate it right, one laptop cost almost 40,000 PKR, and if there is given 10 Laptops to one college(10 students fo same College) it will be around 400,000 PKR, wouldn't it be better if Punjab Govt can spend these 400,000 on schools where people are giving education in under the tree in open ground, or the schools which are really poor / old building.

No, they won't because they can't be advertised like pan masala, but laptops can.

I dont understand how laptops will help youth to grow in Education. your primary and secondary education status around the country is poor. and by distributing such laptops does not mean PML that you are doing good for your country's education. They need to grow up. there are some stances where minor does not get a chance to complete his primary and secondary school. To improve that what we are actually doing Sir?!!!!!
