The district police on Monday claimed to have arrested six drug dealers and two proclaimed offenders and recovered narcotics and weapons from them.
Police said that they arrested Ehtshamul Haq of Chak 100 North (PS-Satellite), Zafar Hayat of Chak 93 North (PS-Jhaal Chakian), Waheed Abbas of Chak 49 (PS-Sajid Shaheed), and Omer Hayat (PS-Mela) in several raids. They seized drugs and weapons from them. Midh Ranjha police arrested Abdul Waheed and Muhammad Safdar and recovered narcotics and weapons.
