Clare Yardley has been appointed Head of Creative Services at independent agency Enigma, stepping into a pivotal leadership role following a decade at BMF Australia.

Enigma has emphasized its commitment to robust creative operations with recent leadership appointments: Simon Lee as Chief Creative Officer in March and Aldo Ferretto as Creative Director and Head of Art in June.

Simon Lee praised Yardley for her strategic mindset and energetic leadership, referring to her as “the emotionally intelligent oil that keeps an agency humming.” Yardley said she was drawn to Enigma’s dedication to creative workflow, and looks forward to shaping how teams collaborate and execute projects.

Enigma, with offices across Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane, works with national brands and government agencies. The hire aligns with the agency’s push to scale its creative offerings, setting a strong foundation for sustained growth and consistent delivery.
