Shannen Doherty has filed a request for spousal support from her estranged husband, Kurt Iswarienko, citing a significant decrease in her income as "Charmed" is set to be removed from streaming services.

The filing, made on Friday, June 14, in Los Angeles, details Doherty's financial concerns amid her ongoing divorce and battle with cancer.

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star claims her income will “dramatically decrease” following the removal of "Charmed" from major streaming platforms by the end of June 2024. Doherty is requesting $15,434 per month in spousal support, retroactive to June 1, 2024, and an additional $9,100 to cover her attorney’s fees and costs.

Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, Doherty went into remission in 2017. However, in February 2020, she revealed the cancer had returned and had spread to her bones.

Due to “recurrent health issues,” Doherty states she has been unable to work and has no future employment prospects. The filing indicates she has not worked since 2022 and relies almost entirely on residual income from work done before her marriage.

Doherty's filing emphasizes the financial strain her health issues have caused, including the potential loss of her SAG health insurance, which would lead to increased medical expenses.

Her medical costs amounted to over $21,000 last year, and her year-to-date income is $25,732.

The filing also mentions that despite Kurt Iswarienko's higher income, he has not made any temporary spousal support payments or contributed to her legal and accounting fees since the divorce proceedings began.

Doherty's attorneys plan to file a Motion to Compel to obtain information about Iswarienko's 2023 income, which he has allegedly withheld.

Doherty highlights her contribution to Iswarienko's photography business, claiming her assistance was crucial in managing his finances. She alleges that while she incurs significant medical expenses for experimental treatments, Iswarienko has been spending large sums at luxury establishments.

The couple's split was made public in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage. On her podcast, "Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty," the actress discussed feeling unloved by her husband despite their 14 years together.

Doherty has been married twice before, to Ashley Hamilton from 1993 to 1994, and to Rick Salomon from 2002 to 2003.
