LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairperson Dr Tahirul Qadri has said the political pundits and philosophers would soon realise the power and value of the party. The PAT, he claimed, was keeping a close watch on the political situation in the country. “The rulers can now sense they cannot escape punishment,” Qadri said while addressing the PAT Central Core Committee via a video call from Canada on Wednesday. The PAT chief said the second round of the Qisas Movement would be decisive and the corrupt rule and system would be wrapped up in the near future. “We have drawn our roadmap. Qisas, accountability, reforms and then elections are our aim and we will go to every length to achieve our goals,” a statement issued by the PAT Media Cell quoted Qadri as saying.
