The governor further said that he has no idea how Chandio has written the book but he was sure that Chandio speaks in a pleasant way.

According to the KPC general secretary AH Khanzada, any common person can relate to the book because it contains ordinary memories of an ordinary person like Chandio.
Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi, former president Ahmed Shah said that Chandio's dedication to a single political party for decades shows that he is more than a political worker. "Now I see Chandio as a story writer and not as a politician," he said.
Writer Ayub Shaikh was of the opinion that Chandio is a well-read person and a writer, which distinguishes him from other party workers. At the event, journalist Mujahid Brahelvi asked Chandio not to break his relationship with the pen, which he has just started.
