
The bombs were recovered in a raid conducted by the National Investigating Agency (NIA) after a tip-off that a room had been rented out by Haider Ali, one of the main suspect in serial blasts that hit Patna last month.
On October 27, at least six people were killed and dozens were injured as a series of small bomb blasts rocked Patna hours before a major campaign rally by India’s main opposition candidate, Narendra Modi.
The blasts occurred shortly before Modi arrived in Patna to launch the campaign in the big heartland state of Bihar for next next summer’s national election.
