Mumtaz Shaikh ( May his soul rest in peace. Ameen) was a great man. He did not only do good for his family and community but to all those who ever went to him for anything. He was great human being. He was an asset to this country. No one can ever replace him. This country owes him alot for his services and sincerity. Indeed a great loss. You will be missed... !!!
@liberal_pak: "Terrorists and their supporting parties do not understand reconciliation, they use guns and politics of blackmail to get benefits. Only stern actions across the board against terrorists and their supporters could bring back the peace to Karachi."
Only "Drs." Shahi Syed and Naseerullah Babar's remedies would work for this type of cancer.
Seems that he saw or knew something and someone didn't like it! Stretch your imagination and guess who that someone could be? Also a clear message for some future over zealous do gooder!
He was my Taya ... He was a great personality n a role mpdel fo us ... His death like dis is simply unacceptable to us .. May his soul rest in peace ... I miss him :(
He was my father in law! I'm speechless :(
Was this a targeted killing by those against who Mr Mumtaz was taking an action in his official capacity ??
He was Acting Chairman of Sindh Revenue Board and had LLM from Harvard. He was Member Legal FBR also in past
This news is heart breaking and government has stopped protecting the citizens. This happened in posh area of defence housing society in Karachi. So tell me which part of Pakistan is safe
May Allah rest his soul in peace
Very sad indeed, May he rests in peace. Despite majority in Sindh Assembly, the so called idea of PPP that making allied govt in Sindh will prevent violence and help establish peace in Karachi have proven complete failure. Terrorists and their supporting parties do not understand reconciliation, they use guns and politics of blackmail to get benefits. Only stern actions across the board against terrorists and their supporters could bring back the peace to Karachi.
