NADRA organises Pak ID awareness programme

HYDERABAD:

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) organised an awareness programme in Hyderabad regarding online identity document services through the 'Pak ID' system.

In this regard, a three-day awareness stall was set up at a shopping mall located on Autobahn Road.

During the event, Zonal Head Aaqib Paliyo and other staff members briefed the citizens about the use of the Pak ID online portal and mobile application.

They explained how citizens can apply online for services such as computerised national identity cards, NICOP, family registration certificates (FRC), CRC, as well as renewals, modifications, and reprints of identity cards through NADRA's digital platform.

Officials stated that the facility is available 24/7, seven days a week. They added that the purpose of this initiative is to reduce crowding at NADRA centres and save applicants' time while improving service efficiency.
