Dakota Johnson has reportedly moved on from Chris Martin following their split and is said to regret giving the Coldplay singer multiple chances during their relationship, according to a source.

Johnson and Martin were in an on-and-off relationship for eight years before ending things last year. In recent months, the actor has been linked to musician Tucker Pillsbury, who performs under the name Role Model.

A source told RadarOnline that the Fifty Shades of Grey actor has been “having so much fun with this new guy”. According to the report, she had not expected to “settle down” with Pillsbury, but he has allegedly helped her move forward after her break-up.

The insider claimed that some of Johnson’s friends had been concerned she was “vulnerable to Chris”. However, the actor reportedly told friends she was “finally done with their toxic back-and-forth”.

“These days, she’s like, ‘Chris, who?’ She’s told friends she can’t believe she stuck around so long after things went south, and says she regrets giving it so many chances,” the source said.

The same source alleged that Johnson’s new relationship has highlighted what she had been “missing out on”. While she is said to still care about Martin, the insider claimed she has been “very clear” about not rekindling the romance.

“Of course, things are red-hot with Tucker right now, so that’s a part of this. He’s got all her attention, and that does make it easier to move on,” the source added.

Earlier this year, speculation about Johnson and Pillsbury intensified after reports they shared a kiss at a New Year’s Eve party hosted by the 36-year-old musician.
