Baftas 2026: 'One Battle After Another' dominates as full winners list revealed

The winners of the British Academy Film Awards celebrating the best films of the past 12 months, have been announced

The winners of the Bafta Film Awards, celebrating the best films of the past 12 months, have been announced, with One Battle After Another emerging as the most awarded film of the night.

The film secured six prizes, including Best Film and Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson. It also won Adapted Screenplay, Editing and Cinematography, alongside a Supporting Actor award for Sean Penn. Hamnet took two major honours, including Outstanding British Film and Leading Actress for Jessie Buckley.

I Swear, Sinners and Frankenstein each won three awards. Robert Aramayo was named Leading Actor for I Swear and also received the EE Bafta Rising Star Award. Wunmi Mosaku won Supporting Actress for Sinners, while Frankenstein dominated several craft categories including Costume Design, Make-up and Hair, and Production Design.
