Rashee Rice has publicly introduced rapper Rubi Rose as his new girlfriend, sharing photos of the couple on Valentine’s Day amid ongoing scrutiny over past domestic violence allegations.

The 25-year-old Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver posted affectionate images on social media showing the pair posing for mirror selfies, kissing, and riding a quad bike. The posts also featured luxury gifts exchanged between them, signaling that their relationship has become official.

The announcement comes weeks after allegations surfaced from Rice’s former partner, Dacoda Jones, who is the mother of his children. In January, Jones shared photos online showing injuries and damage to her home. Although she did not name Rice directly, the claims were widely interpreted as referring to him.

According to Jones’ now-deleted posts, she alleged a pattern of long-term domestic abuse, including physical violence, property damage, intimidation, and financial neglect. She also claimed incidents of assault during pregnancy, threats of eviction, destruction of personal belongings, and repeated infidelity.

Rice has not issued a detailed public response to the allegations. No criminal charges have been publicly announced in connection with the claims. The Chiefs previously acknowledged awareness of the situation, and the NFL is reviewing the matter.

Rose, 28, is known for her career in hip-hop and modeling. She first gained widespread attention after appearing in the music video for “Bad and Boujee” by Migos, which helped elevate her public profile. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, and raised partly in Atlanta, Georgia, she has cited Southern hip-hop influences in shaping her musical style.

Of Eritrean descent on her mother’s side, Rose has spoken about identity and representation in the music industry. She initially studied political science in college before transitioning into modeling and music as her social media presence grew.

She began releasing singles in the late 2010s and dropped her debut mixtape, For the Streets, in 2020, collaborating with several established artists. In addition to her music career, Rose maintains a significant following online, where she shares fashion and lifestyle content.

Rice’s public relationship reveal marks a new personal chapter even as the allegations involving his former partner remain unresolved.
