Studio Ghibli restocks Sakura Totoro collection for spring after three-year sellout
Studio Ghibli’s Sakura Totoro collection returns with plushes, coin purses, and tenugui for cherry blossom season

Studio Ghibli has restocked its Sakura Totoro collection just in time for cherry blossom season, three years after the original release sold out.
Available through the studio’s official online store, Donguri Sora, the seasonal collection features Totoro-themed home goods, accessories and decorations in soft pink, reflecting the sakura motif.
The collection first launched in 2023 and has sold out annually. The 2026 restock includes two pink Totoro coin purses, a Totoro plush holding a sakura branch, and a Totoro-themed tenugui featuring mini Totoros playing tsuchibue flutes among cherry blossoms. Fans can see official images on the Donguri Sora website.
The coin purses, designed in Totoro’s shape with ears and a tail, come in two sizes. The larger gamaguchi pouch with a metal clasp is priced at 3,300 yen (approximately US$21.54), while a smaller zipper pouch costs 2,200 yen (around US$14.36).
Both feature a sakura petal charm hanging from green twine. The handheld Totoro plush is priced at 3,080 yen (about US$20.11) and includes a hidden susuwatari sprite among the blossoms.
The Totoro tenugui measures roughly 2.75 feet by 4.91 feet and can be used as a wall hanging or cut into a noren for doorways. It is priced at 3,278 yen (approximately US$21.40).
The Sakura Totoro collection is currently available at Donguri Sora. While the store does not ship internationally, fans can access the collection through official international sellers such as Meccha Japan and Sugoi Mart.
