Cash Warren has filed paperwork to finalize his divorce from Jessica Alba, nearly two years after the couple separated, according to court documents obtained by People.

Documents filed by Warren on Friday, Feb. 13 indicate the divorce is uncontested. The filings state that neither party will seek spousal support and that Warren is requesting final approval from the court to complete the proceedings.

Alba, 44, initially filed for divorce in January 2025 following 16 years of marriage. The couple separated in 2024. They share three children: daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and son Hayes Alba, 8.

People reported that representatives for both Alba and Warren were contacted for additional comment.

Alba and Warren first met in 2004 while working on the film Fantastic Four in Vancouver. Alba starred as Sue Storm in the superhero movie, while Warren worked as a director’s assistant. The pair married on May 19, 2008.

Despite their split, the former couple have publicly emphasized a cooperative co-parenting relationship. On Father’s Day, Alba shared a tribute to Warren on Instagram, praising his parenting and describing him as “warm, kind” and supportive of their children.

Professionally, Alba is known as both an actress and co-founder of The Honest Company. In her personal life, she has been linked to actor Danny Ramirez since July 2025. The two were first photographed traveling together from Cancún to Los Angeles and were later seen on multiple outings, including a dinner date.

According to People, a source previously described the relationship as new and said the pair were enjoying spending time together. Alba later shared glimpses of time spent with Ramirez during a trip to Australia in October 2025 and included photos of him in a New Year’s Instagram post in January.
