Kylie Kelce is opening up about her future plastic surgery plans, revealing she hopes to undergo breast surgery after breastfeeding her four daughters.

Speaking on a recent Galentine’s Day episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie, Kelce shared that after having and nursing Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finnley with husband Jason Kelce, she would eventually like to “put [her] boobs back where they belong.”

Kelce joked that once she does move forward with the procedure, she plans to celebrate the results with a dedicated reveal party for her closest friends, inspired by a viral social media clip of a similar surprise. “If this isn’t peak girlhood, I don’t know what is,” she said, describing the idea of unveiling the results in a playful, celebratory way.

While she emphasized that the plan is still tentative and something she would pursue “eventually,” Kelce was candid about the physical changes that came with four pregnancies. Before having children, she humorously described herself as a member of the “itty-bitty” club, noting that her body has changed significantly since then.

For now, she says it remains a “rough plan,” but when the time comes, her inner circle can expect an unforgettable girls’ night reveal.
