Joshua Hong attends Super Bowl LX as Seventeen star continues growing US profile
Seventeen member Joshua Hong appeared at Super Bowl LX, weeks after making history at the Golden Globes

Joshua Hong was among the celebrities in attendance at Super Bowl LX as the Los Angeles-born K-pop singer continued to expand his presence in the United States.
Hong, a vocalist in the 13-member group Seventeen, attended the championship game between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks in San Francisco.
In a video released by the NFL, he described the occasion as his first Super Bowl appearance and said he was excited to be there, adding that he wished both teams good luck.
The singer was one of many high-profile figures to descend on the city for the Super Bowl weekend. Hours before kickoff, Hong shared selfies taken while travelling to the stadium, confirming his attendance after earlier teasing fans online.
In another clip posted on the NFL’s official X account, he was seen walking onto the field in a preppy outfit, taking photos and observing the pregame atmosphere.
Hong’s Super Bowl appearance followed a busy week in San Francisco. Two days earlier, he was spotted in the front row at Thom Browne’s Fall 2026 fashion show, held at the Legion of Honor. He has been working with United Talent Agency in California as part of efforts to pursue acting opportunities and broaden his career in the US market.
The outing also came weeks after Hong made history in January by becoming the first male K-pop idol to walk the Golden Globes red carpet. During the event, he was seen interacting backstage with cast members from the series Heated Rivalry.
Seventeen remains one of the highest-earning acts under Hybe, one of South Korea’s largest entertainment companies.
The group is currently in the middle of a world tour, with upcoming dates scheduled in Southeast Asia. Their label mates BTS are set to return from hiatus with the release of their album Arirang on March 21.
