Calla Lily unmasked on 'The Masked Singer' Season 14 as panel divides over final guesses
Her clue packages focused on health struggles, motherhood, resilience and a complex relationship with a famous father

Calla Lily was unmasked on the latest episode of The Masked Singer Season 14 after receiving the lowest number of audience votes, bringing her time in the competition to an end.
As the contest narrowed and performances intensified, Calla Lily’s elimination marked one of the more emotionally charged exits of the season. Her clue packages had focused on health struggles, motherhood, resilience and a complex but meaningful relationship with a well-known father, themes that shaped both her performances and the panel’s speculation.
Before the reveal, the judges offered their final guesses. Rita Ora framed Calla Lily’s story as one of survival and bravery, naming Selma Blair and pointing to the emotional weight of the performance and repeated references to family. Ken Jeong revisited earlier clues, including an anchor and a reference to Anchorman, and guessed Christina Applegate, praising her strength and talent. Robin Thicke focused on vocal tone and long-running television clues, settling on Danielle Fishel.
Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, however, drew connections from a diamond house key and repeated hints about Calla Lily’s father, correctly identifying her as Teddi Mellencamp, the daughter of rock musician John Mellencamp. Her reasoning also incorporated Mellencamp’s public health journey, which aligned closely with the clues presented throughout the season.
Once unmasked, Mellencamp confirmed the accuracy of the clue trail, including a reference to a story involving Madonna and Sean Penn, which she said was true and even more unusual than depicted. Her reveal brought clarity to a storyline that had consistently emphasised perseverance, family and personal growth.
With Calla Lily’s departure, the remaining masked singers move forward as the competition continues to tighten. As the field narrows, the clue packages are expected to become increasingly intricate, raising the stakes for both performers and panel alike.
