The NFL’s 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show is already fueling speculation months ahead of kickoff.
As with every year, fans and insiders alike are buzzing over which global superstar will take the coveted stage at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
Several big names are reportedly being floated for the role, but one in particular is generating the loudest conversation.
According to Page Six, pop powerhouse Adele is said to be in early discussions to headline the show.
The possibility comes nearly a decade after Adele famously revealed she turned down the halftime gig in 2017, explaining to fans that the spectacle “wasn’t about music” and didn’t feel like the right fit for her.
Despite that, she has long been an NFL supporter and has attended games in the past.
Other megastars, including Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus, are also said to be on the radar, though no decisions have been finalized.
The halftime lineup is ultimately decided through a collaboration between the NFL and Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, with announcements typically made in the fall.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell recently praised Taylor Swift, saying she’d be “welcome at any time,” but stopped short of naming a 2026 headliner.
As of now, Adele’s camp has not publicly addressed the speculation.
