Lindsie Chrisley has filed for a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend David Landsman following allegations of physical assault, according to court documents.

As reported by TMZ, Chrisley is requesting that Landsman be ordered to remain at least 500 yards away from her and cease any form of harassment, abuse, or intimidation. The filing comes days after Landsman’s arrest on charges related to aggravated assault and strangulation.

In her statement to the court, Chrisley detailed an incident on April 10, alleging that an argument escalated after a misunderstanding involving a photo on her phone. She claims that later that evening, while at Landsman’s residence, the situation became violent as she attempted to end the relationship and leave.

According to the filing, Chrisley alleges that Landsman strangled her multiple times, including one instance where she claims he lifted her off the ground while applying pressure to her neck. She stated she fought back in an effort to escape and later contacted authorities, who reportedly observed visible injuries.

Chrisley also referenced a previous alleged incident in February 2026, claiming Landsman restrained her during a dispute involving her dog. She expressed concerns for her safety and that of her child in the court filing.

The court has not yet ruled on the restraining order request, and Landsman has not publicly responded to the allegations. The case remains ongoing as legal proceedings continue.
