Drift0r reveals mysterious illness that could end his YouTube career
YouTuber Drift0r fears he may have to quit creating content as doctors investigate a mysterious illness

Longtime Call of Duty YouTuber Drift0r has revealed that a mysterious and worsening medical condition could force him to step away from content creation, after suffering severe joint and muscle issues across his body.
In a recent update shared on social media, Drift0r claimed he is currently dealing with widespread physical pain affecting multiple joints, including his ankles, knees, wrists, elbows, fingers and jaw. He described his condition as having “zero functioning joints,” adding that even basic movement has become increasingly difficult.
Officially down to zero functioning joints. Sprained both ankles, both knees, both elbows, both wrists, multiple fingers & toes, and my jaw. Shoulders and hips are barely hanging in there while my spine is still broken and recovering from surgery.

The content creator said his shoulders and hips are “barely hanging in there,” while his spine continues to recover from a previous surgery. He also noted that the condition has begun affecting his ability to speak and move facial muscles, further limiting his day-to-day functionality.
Despite undergoing medical testing, Drift0r said doctors have yet to identify a clear cause. He confirmed that brain scans came back clear and that he has tested negative for certain connective tissue disorders. However, he believes the issue could be autoimmune-related and is awaiting further evaluation from a specialist.
Drift0r also addressed concerns about his mental health, stating that while the situation has been extremely difficult, he is continuing to cope as best as possible while searching for answers.
The YouTuber said he plans to continue producing content for as long as his health allows, though he admitted uncertainty about his long-term future in the industry.
Fans have since rallied around Drift0r online, sending messages of support as he prepares for further medical consultations and hopes for a clearer diagnosis in the coming weeks.
