French President spends more on make-up than Kim Kardashian

In your persistent chase to have your make-up on fleek, why not take some tips from the French President too?

Le Point has reported that Emmanuel Macron’s makeup artist Natacha M filed two bills, one for €10,000 and another for €16,000 for her services. This was only for his first three months as president which would mean that the 39-year old centrist leader has been disbursing nearly a montlhy €10,000 just on makeup.



In comparison, former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin only spent $4,710 a month. Even reality star Kim Kardashian’s beauty routine only costs $2,000 a month.

When asked about Macron’s haughty makeup costs, the Elysée Palace told Le Point, “We called in a contractor as a matter of urgency.” and also stated that makeup spending would be “significantly reduced” in the future.



The disclosure caused particular shock because the Donald Trump hand-holder came to power, promising to be a “normal president who would mark a break with the extravagance of his conservative predecessor, Nicolas Sarkozy, and his model wife, Carla Bruni.”

Le Point made no mention of Macron’s expenditure on his hair but we're sure you have an idea of how much he must have spent.
