She has swanned down the Victoria's Secret catwalks and was once voted the third sexiest model in the world. But Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has revealed that even she gets insecure about her looks and takes a 100 selfies before getting one that she is happy to share, reported Daily Mail.

The beauty, 29, who is expecting her first child with movie star Jason Statham, shared her selfie tips with Glamour Magazine. “Well, you need half an hour, you need great lighting and you need to be prepared to take about 100 pictures of yourself, edit through 100 pictures of yourself and then filter them three times,” she said. “You know, come on! Be real! That's the way it is.”

The Vogue cover girl admitted that she worries her social media feeds came across as obnoxious. “I try to be mindful of that when I'm posting pictures, but again, it's part of what I do and I hope that people don't feel that my social media is too obnoxious,” Rosie added.

The model is also conscious of the effect on young girls of Instagram snaps of supermodels lounging on exotic beaches looking gorgeous. “I worry about young girls out there who are really feeling insecure about their image and they scroll through and see this image of a supermodel looking amazing, reclining on a beach in a completely unrealistic pose or environment. And I can see how that would make people not feel good about themselves.”
