KARACHI: Effective planning should be undertaken for the disposal of the offal of sacrificial animals during Eidul Azha, stressed the administrator of District Municipal Committee (DMC), East, Rehmatullah Shaikh, on Tuesday. He was presiding over a meeting to review arrangements regarding Eidul Azha.
