Jude Allen | 8 years ago | Reply Great Job guys!! But when are we going to see similar operations in Karachi? Bravo Bakery: I found a pigeons feather in my multi-grain bread; not sure if there's any relativity to nutritional content of the bread. Also take a look at some of the prominent 5 star hotels in Karachi and their food-safety standards. Its far from poor. Most of the staff do not have their medicals in place, They have no idea about proper hand wash techniques, cross contamination from not using segregated cutting boards and actually cant determine between what foods require constant cooling temperatures. No caps, glove are ever used and off course... rats and roaches infestations are rampant everywhere. This is the food we eat everyday without even considering what kind of contamination is going through our systems.
