The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) on Friday announced the result of Secondary School Certificate Part-II annual examination 2015.
While unveiling the result, AJK BISE Controller of Examination (schools) Chaudhry Mahmood Razad said a total of 38,098 candidates, both boys and girls, passed the examination of a total 59,388 students and the result remained at 64.15 percent.
Nabeel Rasheed, a student of Read Foundation High School Chakar, Muzaffarabad, clinched the first position by securing 1,076 marks out of 1,100, while Zainab Sultana, a student of Kashmir Model College Mirpur, secured the second position by obtaining 1,073 marks. Werdah Bashir, a student of Fatimatuz Zahra Girls College Ziarat Paniola, Poonch, secured the third position by obtaining 1,066 marks. All the three top position-holders were from the Sciences Group.
Razad said the result cards of regular candidates have been sent to their respective institutes, whereas the result cards of private candidates have been sent on their respective addresses.
