^^^ Ashar.. It ain't article.. :P
tell me the name of boy who compiled list of pron sites. I want to beat him
I'm confused. The News title:
"PTA approved: Over 1,000 porn sites blocked in Pakistan - By Jahanzaib Haque"
was actually published on November 17, 2011. So how does it make it into the 2012 list?
Veena Malik's naked shoot takes over the Gayari Sector tragedy to be the news of the year?
@Iftikhar: (No harm intended) Please go through the list again. This time with your eyesight glasses on.
The water car fraud. No doubt. But the person who called the bluff- Mr.Hoodbhoy had to pay the ultimate price. He lost his job- because he pricked the Pakistani bubble.
Isn't this list premature ? We still have 5 days left and this is Pakistan we're talking about...........plenty of time for a juicy story to happen.
It's a mixed bag really, some good, some bad. 2013 is going to be much more decisive, especially the elections.
The Great Pakistani WaterKit Saga is the biggest story of 2012. In fact it is the hottest story of this millennium if you ask me. The way the brightest scientific minds of Pakistan endorsed it left the rest of the world gaping in disbelief. The only sane man was Mr.Hoodbhoy who said it was a fraud right from day one. Even Dr.Qadeer Khan endorsed it as a major breakthrough !!
Unfortunately, the events 2012 do not show the biggest incident- Attack on Malala Yusafzai
What this shows is that we are really not interested in news related to politics, yet politics makes headlines on all our newspapers daily, as if it's a given format that must be followed... I call it bad marketing - failure to recognize the reader's primary want and pushing uninteresting news pieces about the government, the supreme court etcetera..
