The bench, comprising Acting Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi, earlier heard Muhammad Farooq Advocate, counsel for petitioner Khab Bibi, mother of Bilawal Baloch. He was later shown to be arrested by Special Investigation Unit but has not yet been produced before any court of law.He was dubbed a member of some Lyari gang and thus his life is in danger, the counsel pleaded on behalf of the old lady.
