Family ties: Addict kills sister for money

FAISALABAD: A drug addict allegedly killed his sister for money in the area of the Dijkot police station. According to police officials, Shakeel Ahmad was a long term heroin addict and regularly asked his family for drug money. On Tuesday evening, he asked his sister Shumaila Bibi to give him some money to purchase drugs but she refused. Shakeel then shot his sister and fled the scene. Police have registered a case on the complaint of Nazeer Ahmad, father of the deceased and sent the body for an autopsy.
