Kim Zolciak missing from ex Big Poppa’s latest estate documents

Kim Zolciak is not listed as a beneficiary in the latest probate documents filed in ex Big Poppa’s estate case

Kim Zolciak does not appear to be listed as a beneficiary in the latest probate documents filed in the estate case of her former partner, Lee “Big Poppa” Najjar.

The documents identify several people who could potentially inherit from Najjar’s estate, but Zolciak’s name is not included in the filing. According to the report, Najjar’s son Jared Najjar submitted documents naming five people he believes are beneficiaries.

The list includes Najjar’s widow, Kimberley Lynch, along with Jared and his siblings Katelin, Jamen and Jeremy. The filing does not state what each person could receive from the estate.

The document also does not represent a final decision on how Najjar’s assets will be distributed. Probate proceedings can involve additional claims, challenges and court decisions before an estate is settled.

Two other individuals, Claudio and Julianne Burton, have also filed claims against the estate. They allege that Najjar owed them at least $362,000 when he died.

Najjar died in April, reigniting speculation about whether Zolciak could have been entitled to any portion of his estate. The pair’s relationship was widely discussed during Zolciak’s time on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, although Najjar was never shown on camera.

Online rumours have previously suggested that Najjar continued supporting Zolciak financially even after they both married other people. Zolciak has also previously described Najjar as the love of her life.

Following their split, Zolciak married former NFL player Kroy Biermann. The couple later divorced. She is now dating businessman and entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz.

The latest probate filing does not list Zolciak as a beneficiary, although it does not necessarily determine the final distribution of Najjar’s estate.
