Is Prince William invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding? Prince of Wales drops hint

Prince William also discussed his children’s admiration for Swift and reflected on meeting her during the Eras Tour

Prince William has hinted that he may be invited to the widely anticipated wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce after making a playful comment during a recent appearance on Heart Radio.

Speaking with presenters Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, William discussed his children’s admiration for Swift and reflected on meeting the singer during her Eras Tour.

“How about some Taylor Swift? Charlotte, my daughter, and Louis are fans. Charlotte particularly is obsessed with Taylor Swift. She saw her in the Eras Tour, it was amazing. We did meet her!” he said during the broadcast.

After playing one of Swift’s songs, Theakston asked the royal directly whether he had received an invitation to what he described as a “big wedding happening this summer”.

William replied: “No comment. I am hoping and I am sure that there might be an invitation around. Will see.”

The comments immediately sparked speculation that the Prince of Wales could be among the guests if Swift and Kelce move forward with their expected wedding plans.

The interview, recorded at a café on the Isles of Scilly, also saw William speak about family life and Catherine, Princess of Wales following her cancer diagnosis. He praised Kate’s gradual return to public duties after entering remission earlier this year.

“She’s an amazing mum, an amazing wife and literally our family couldn’t cope without her,” William said.

Kate recently completed her first overseas trip in more than three years with a visit to Italy.
