Drake surprises NYFlavaaa and family with Cadillac Escalade gift, raps 'Janice STFU' in car

The rapper visited upstate New York and met the family known for singing along to his music in the car

Drake has surprised a New York-based family with a new Cadillac Escalade SUV and joined them in a car ride while rapping along to his track “Janice STFU".

The rapper visited upstate New York and met content creator NYFlavaaa, who is known for sharing videos of his children singing along to Drake’s music in the car. During the visit, Drake joined the family inside the vehicle and performed alongside them while the track played.

The moment included a stop to pick up NYFlavaaa’s daughter from school, where she appeared initially stunned before quickly joining in and rapping along to Drake’s verse from “Janice STFU”.

“Straight from the 6 to the 716, this man needs no introduction,” NYFlavaaa said during the encounter, highlighting the surprise nature of the visit.

Drake later shared a photo with the family on his Instagram Story, writing: “Finally made it to see the family @nyflavaaa Picked our goat up from school And a new Escalade for the gang members cause why not”.

The family reacted emotionally to the gesture, with NYFlavaaa saying in an Instagram Story, “This motherf**ker gave me an Escalade,” adding, “Thank you Jesus, thank you Drake, Chubbs — it’s love. It’s gonna be a lot of tears today.”

“Janice STFU” appears on Drake’s new album ICEMAN, released on May 15 alongside Habibti and Maid of Honour.

The track includes an interpolation of Lykke Li’s “I Follow Rivers”, which has previously drawn attention from listeners.
