Actor Srha Asgr has welcomed her third child and shared an empowering message on social media, encouraging women not to compare their childbirth journeys with others and reminding them that every experience is unique.

The actor posted an Instagram reel featuring moments from her recent delivery experience, including pre-birth exercises, walks around her hospital room and footage captured after the baby’s birth.

In the caption, she reflected on the challenges of her pregnancy, writing: “I am not the first woman, but this is my journey. It has been a very tough journey during this pregnancy, and I’m incredibly happy that I chose the right hospital and doctor for it.”

She added that while third pregnancies are often considered easier, hers involved “many twists and fears” that persisted until the end. “Let’s not glamorise the experience of childbirth. It’s not easy,” she wrote.

The reel also featured a voiceover emphasising the emotional and deeply personal nature of childbirth. It stressed that while many women experience motherhood, every individual journey remains unique.

“My body, my emotions and my journey are all my own,” the voiceover said.

She further encouraged women to seek kindness and support during motherhood, adding: “Every new journey needs softness and support.”

Addressing societal comparisons and expectations, Srha highlighted that strength does not mean the absence of pain or fear.

“There is no need for comparisons. Every mother is strong, and strength does not mean pain or fear are not felt,” she said.

She concluded her message with words aimed at mothers navigating similar experiences: “Ignore people’s insensitive words and remind yourself: I am not just a mother, I am becoming a new version of myself.”

The actor also shared a candid post-delivery video on her Instagram story, showing a realistic glimpse of her appearance after childbirth.
