Marvel releases a new trailer for Daredevil: Born Again season 2, confirming its Disney Plus return on March 24

Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for Daredevil: Born Again season 2, officially confirming the series’ return to Disney Plus on March 24. 

The latest footage teases the long-awaited reunion between Matt Murdock and Jessica Jones, marking Krysten Ritter’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe alongside Charlie Cox’s Daredevil.

Season 1 concluded with a dramatic cliffhanger that saw Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin, declare martial law across New York City after consolidating his power. The finale depicted a city under siege, with Fisk’s brutal tactics leaving numerous casualties and setting the stage for an escalating conflict in season 2.

The previous season also featured the escape of Frank Castle, also known as the Punisher, portrayed by Jon Bernthal. However, the new trailer confirms that Castle will not appear in Daredevil: Born Again season 2. Instead, the character is expected to headline his own spinoff series and make an appearance in the upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Following the events of season 1, Matt Murdock is shown assembling a network of anti-Fisk allies determined to challenge Kingpin’s grip on the city. The trailer suggests that Jessica Jones will play a key role in this effort, reuniting with her former Defenders teammate as the two take on Fisk’s forces together.

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 will premiere on Disney Plus on March 24 at 6 p.m. PT and 9 p.m. ET. The series continues to expand Marvel’s street-level storytelling, blending familiar characters with new threats as New York City becomes the battleground for its most dangerous power struggle yet.
