Britney Spears is reportedly facing a tax dispute exceeding $600,000 while continuing to make high-value purchases, according to claims attributed to sources speaking with Globe. The reported tax bill relates to the year 2021 and is said to be under dispute by the singer.

The report follows public attention on Spears’ recent personal life, including a widely shared social media moment in November when Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian spent time with the pop star and posted images of a pyjama party.

The appearance prompted discussion online about Spears’ well-being and support network, though no formal statements were issued by those involved.

According to a source cited by Globe, the 44-year-old singer has continued to spend heavily despite the outstanding tax issue.

The source claims the spending includes private jet travel, luxury holidays, high-end accommodation, and covering expenses for people within her social circle. These claims are attributed to an unnamed insider and have not been independently verified.

The same source stated that Spears was seen in mid-December aboard a luxury yacht off the coast of Mexico with a person described as her cousin.

The insider further alleged that concerns raised about her finances have been dismissed by Spears, who reportedly does not believe she is at risk of running out of money.

Spears has not publicly commented on the reported tax bill or the spending claims. No official documentation has been released to confirm the amount or status of the alleged tax dispute.

The singer has remained active on social media, where she frequently shares personal updates and videos with her followers.
