PESHAWAR:

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief-Minister Sohail Afridi has launched a series of online open courts under the title "Aap ka Wazir Ala Aap Kay Saath", describing it as a landmark initiative aimed at ensuring direct, transparent and timely resolution of public complaints across the province.

The first online open court under the initiative was held for Bajaur district, with the chief minister personally chairing the session. During the proceedings, citizens from Bajaur raised a wide range of issues directly with the CM, who issued on-the-spot instructions to the relevant departments for immediate action.

The chief minister directed that all complaints received during the online open court must be resolved within 14 days, after which a detailed compliance report should be submitted to his office. He said the initiative has been launched in line with the vision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan's concept of "Aap ka Wazir Azam Aap Kay Saath".
