Aespa Winter's fansign outfit fuels dating rumours with BTS Jungkook

Fans reacted strongly after new photos appeared to show aespa’s Winter wearing what many believe were BTS Jungkook’s oversized shorts and slippers at a fan meeting.

The images, released on December 6, added momentum to the ongoing dating speculation surrounding the two idols, whose matching accessories and behaviour have been widely discussed online.

The outfit quickly drew attention because of its noticeably large fit on Winter, leading fans to speculate that the clothing items could belong to Jungkook. Observers noted that this was the most striking alleged “shared item” yet, following previous claims involving headphones, tattoos and similar styling choices.

Social media users also continued to highlight ambiguous agency statements such as “We do not have a stance on this matter,” which many felt only intensified public curiosity.

Additional claims resurfaced alongside the new photos, including matching dog-face tattoos and reports that Jungkook attended an aespa concert while on military leave. Supporters of the rumoured pairing viewed these details as signs of closeness, while critics called for caution.

Reaction online was mixed. Some fans criticised Winter’s choice of clothing for a public fansign, expressing concern that it appeared “inappropriate” or “strange” given the setting.

Others argued that the situation highlighted shifting expectations around idols’ personal lives and relationships.

A number of users even compared the attention surrounding the pair to the public interest previously directed at Jennie and V during their rumoured relationship.
