Taylor Frankie Paul will not face new domestic violence charges following a police investigation into alleged incidents involving her ex-partner Dakota Mortensen.

According to The Independent, prosecutors in Utah have decided not to pursue charges after reviewing multiple reports connected to the reality star, citing insufficient evidence and statute of limitations issues in some of the alleged incidents.

The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office concluded that while several claims were examined, the available evidence did not meet the threshold required for prosecution. The decision follows multiple investigations involving Paul and Mortensen, who share a young child together.

Paul has previously faced legal trouble stemming from a 2023 domestic incident, which resulted in her pleading guilty to aggravated assault. That case involved allegations tied to a physical altercation with Mortensen and led to court-ordered probation and other legal requirements.

The latest decision means no additional charges will be filed against Paul at this time, though she remains on probation from her earlier case.

The case has been closely followed due to Paul’s public profile through reality television, including The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. The show has previously documented aspects of her relationship with Mortensen, including periods of conflict and reconciliation.

While the recent ruling brings legal relief for Paul, both she and Mortensen remain involved in ongoing custody and protective order proceedings related to their child.

The development marks a significant turn in a series of legal and personal disputes that have drawn widespread public attention over the past two years.
