One of LEGO’s most highly anticipated Pokémon sets could also be one of its most expensive, with a reported price tag of $649.99, according to a leak on Reddit’s LegoLeak community.

The flagship set in the upcoming Pokémon range is said to include a massive 6,838 pieces, making it not just the biggest in the line but among the priciest LEGO sets ever. Two other sets are also expected: a 2,050-piece set priced at $199.99, and a 587-piece kit for $59.99. All three are reportedly intended for builders aged 18 and up.

If the leak holds true, the Pokémon sets will launch on March 1, 2026, with LEGO Insiders getting early access starting February 27.

LEGO first announced its multi-year partnership with Pokémon back in March 2025, teasing that fans could “electrify their imagination” and build something never seen before in LEGO form. A brief announcement featured a LEGO-style Pikachu tail and promised an experience that would let fans become Pokémon Trainers “one brick at a time.”

This collaboration adds to LEGO’s growing relationship with Nintendo, which has already produced a range of Super Mario sets. The Pokémon line is shaping up to be a major new chapter for both companies — and based on the early pricing leaks, it’s one that serious collectors will want to start budgeting for now.
