Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe, known to fans from Love Island USA season 7, appear to have subtly responded to recent comments made by fellow cast member Ace Greene regarding the authenticity of their relationship.

In an interview with journalist Speedy Morman, published Wednesday, Greene questioned whether Carthen and Vansteenberghe’s romance was genuine. He claimed that while both expressed physical attraction, they did not share a deeper romantic spark. Greene added that Vansteenberghe had suggested the connection with Carthen “wasn’t enough” and that he had briefly revisited a relationship with another contestant, Cierra Ortega. Greene also noted that Carthen often described her type, implying that Vansteenberghe did not fit her stated preferences.

Although he emphasized being “really happy” for Carthen and the fan support she has received, Greene said his relationship with Vansteenberghe was no longer as close as it had been during filming.

The remarks appeared to prompt subtle responses from both Carthen and Vansteenberghe. According to a screenshot shared by The Shade Room, Carthen posted on Twitter, “Chile anyways... my event at Tuskeegee went amazing yesterday.” The post has since been deleted.

Meanwhile, social media user @Natererun shared a screenshot of a Snapchat exchange in which Vansteenberghe responded to a fan who asked about his day, writing that it began as a “10/10” but later dropped to “4/10.”

While neither directly referenced Greene, their posts quickly drew attention among viewers. The responses have fueled ongoing discussions among Nicolandria supporters, with fans continuing to debate the status of the couple’s relationship.
