Priscilla Presley is facing serious allegations from her former business partners, who claim she pulled her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s life support to gain control over the Presley family estate and trust, according to a recent lawsuit. Lisa Marie, the daughter of Priscilla and Elvis Presley, died in January 2023 at age 54 after suffering cardiac arrest at her California home.

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, leaders of Priscilla Presley Partners, filed the lawsuit accusing the 80-year-old of breaching contracts and committing fraud. They allege Priscilla deliberately intervened to prevent Lisa Marie from removing her as the sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust, which controlled the family name and assets, including the iconic Graceland mansion in Memphis.

According to court documents obtained by The Post, Kruse and Fialko claim Priscilla “pulled the plug within hours” of Lisa Marie’s hospital admission, aware that her daughter planned to replace her as trustee. The suit further quotes Priscilla as declaring, “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland,” at her home shortly after Lisa Marie’s death. The plaintiffs are seeking at least $50 million in damages.

Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, vehemently denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit “shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless.” He described it as a retaliatory effort aimed at damaging Priscilla’s reputation following her own lawsuit accusing Kruse, Fialko, and others of financial abuse, including the theft of $1 million.

The Presley estate, valued at approximately $100 million when Lisa Marie inherited it in 1993, has long been the subject of legal battles. After Lisa Marie’s passing, ownership of the estate eventually passed to her daughter Riley Keough, 36, who became the sole trustee following a dispute with Priscilla. The lawsuit highlights a fraught mother-daughter relationship, with Lisa Marie reportedly threatening legal action against Priscilla over the trust.

An official autopsy found no signs of foul play in Lisa Marie’s death, attributing it to natural causes related to complications from previous bariatric surgery. Kruse and Fialko also claim Priscilla ignored Lisa Marie’s wishes to prolong her life under accepted medical standards.

The lawsuit details a financial arrangement brokered with Keough on Priscilla’s behalf, including a $2.4 million payout to Priscilla and a seven-figure deal for her son, Navarone. Kruse and Fialko’s lawyer, Jordan Matthews, asserted that his clients are the true victims, having invested millions to build Priscilla’s brand only to face betrayal and false accusations once financial matters came to the forefront.

Lisa Marie Presley had four children: twins Finley and Harper with Michael Lockwood, and Riley and the late Benjamin Keough with Danny Keough.
