RAWALPINDI:

Chontra police have booked 21 people for allegedly brutally assaulting two young men, stripping them naked and filming the entire incident.

According to the police, Sabir Hussain reported that he received a call from Raja Zain, who informed him that Aliyan, his son, and his car were with them in Rupadkalan and that he should come and pick them up.

Sabir immediately went there with two relatives. Upon arrival, he saw over 20 individuals, including Malik Mumtaz, assaulting his son Aliyan and another young man Mujawar while they were naked. Both his son and Mujawar were begging for mercy, while a few others were recording the incident.

Sabir stated that after a lot of pleading and effort, they managed to rescue both of them. Malik Mumtaz and others then took them to a nearby house, where they provided the victims with clothes and hurled them life threats.

They forced the victims to sign a statement claiming that they had not been beaten and that no action would be taken. Due to fear, his son, who was also injured, remained silent about the incident. However, they have now come forward to report the matter.

The police registered a case and began investigating the incident. The injured will undergo a medical examination, and legal action will be pursued.
