Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations in a lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, who claims that he spiked baby oil with a date rape drug before orchestrating a violent gang rape. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges that Diddy and other men assaulted Parham after she declined to meet him, citing concerns about his involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur. According to Parham’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, her client described feeling increasingly limp after Diddy applied the oil, leading to suspicions that it contained a substance such as GHB or Rohypnol.
The suit details the harrowing account of Parham's assault, claiming Diddy used a TV remote to assault her while threatening her life. Parham was allegedly raped by multiple men, including Diddy's co-defendant Shane Pierce, under fear for her safety. The suit further alleges Diddy attempted to convince Parham not to report the crime, even involving his mother in efforts to persuade her.
Diddy, who is currently facing federal charges for racketeering and sex trafficking, has denied all allegations. His legal team refers to the accusations as part of a "hysterical media circus." Despite these denials, Parham's lawyer believes Diddy should face consequences for his actions.
