Taylor Swift received a heartwarming reception in Ireland before her Eras Tour performances this weekend.

Shortly before her first show on Friday, June 28, the 34-year-old "So Long, London" singer shared a photo on her Instagram Stories. The image featured a vibrant bouquet of flowers and a kind message from the legendary rock band U2.

“Dear Taylor, welcome back to our hometown…leave some of it standing?!!!!” the legendary musicians wrote. They signed it, “Your Irish fan club, Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry.”

Swift responded to the band’s letter, writing over her photo, “Already feeling that Irish hospitality!! @u2, thanks for always being the classiest & coolest.” She concluded her caption by adding the Irish flag emoji.

Previously, the pop star had been pleasantly surprised by U2's thoughtful gestures. In 2018, ahead of her Reputation concerts at Dublin's Croke Park, the rock group sent her a bouquet of red roses accompanied by a note signed, "From your Irish fan club."

Swift is scheduled to perform at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium from June 28 to June 30, with Paramore opening each show.

These concerts come after her impressive three shows at London’s Wembley Stadium from June 21 to June 23, which attracted numerous celebrities, including members of the royal family, and also featured her NFL boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who made a surprise appearance onstage with her.
