Haley Beck, the sister of TikTok personality and actor Noah Beck, is facing possible termination from her teaching position following an internal investigation into an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student.

According to reports from People, the Peoria Unified School District confirmed on April 1 that it conducted a “comprehensive internal investigation” under Title IX involving Beck, who worked as a teacher at Centennial High School.

The investigation concluded that Beck allegedly groomed a student, which reportedly led to a sexual relationship with the individual. A designated decision-maker recommended that her employment be terminated following the findings.

Documents obtained by the publication state that Beck allegedly exchanged more than 4,000 text messages with an 18-year-old student between June 21 and Aug. 2, 2025. The report further claims she sent the student approximately $630 during the same period and allegedly made inappropriate propositions during their communication.

The district’s governing board formally adopted a statement of charges on March 26 seeking Beck’s termination. Officials confirmed she has been given 10 days from that date to request a formal hearing before the termination process is finalized.

Authorities have also become involved in the case. The Peoria Police Department has submitted investigative findings to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to determine whether criminal charges may be filed.

Meanwhile, Beck’s social media accounts have reportedly been set to private following the controversy. The situation has drawn additional public attention due to her connection to Noah Beck, who gained widespread recognition through TikTok and acting roles, including appearances linked to the Baywatch brand.

The case remains under review as officials determine potential next steps.
