Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are “beyond the ‘just having fun’ point,” enjoy NYC double date

Kylie Jenner and actor Timothée Chalamet are reportedly going strong after a year of dating, with sources close to the couple revealing new details about their relationship.

According to PEOPLE, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted enjoying a double date at trendy New York City restaurant Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi on May 23. 

The couple reportedly kept things casual and dined on dishes from the famed Top Chef alum. An insider described Chalamet as “really chill and so nice” during the outing.

Despite their A-list status, Jenner and Chalamet are known for keeping their romance private. They were last seen publicly together at the 2024 Golden Globes, where they walked hand-in-hand, sat together throughout the ceremony, and even shared a kiss.

The source revealed the couple's coordinated outfits and Chalamet's nomination for his role in ‘Wonka’ added a touch of Hollywood glamour to the event.

PEOPLE also reports that sources close to the couple believe their relationship has grown more serious in recent months. 

“They're definitely beyond the 'just having fun' point of the relationship,” a source shared. 

“Everyone on both sides sees definite potential for something real.” The source added that the couple is “real with each other” and enjoys a fun and easy dynamic. Chalamet reportedly encourages Jenner to live in the moment, while she appreciates his positive influence.

The news comes after Jenner quietly supported Chalamet at the ‘Wonka’ premiere in Los Angeles, further solidifying their bond. Sources say Jenner is “incredibly happy” with the actor, and Chalamet admires her accomplishments, particularly her role as a mother. 

They reportedly attend each other's important events and have the approval of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

While the Golden Globes marked a recent public appearance, the couple has reportedly been spotted together at other events throughout their relationship, including the WSJ. Magazine Innovators Awards and the U.S. Open. 

They were also seen getting affectionate at a Beyoncé concert last year, though Chalamet later admitted it was challenging to be fully present due to the attention they received.
