Jason Kelce reshares post by Taylor Swift fan making fun of Travis Kelce’s jeans: “Now that’s funny”

The NFL star’s brother reposted a comment on X suggesting that Taylor’s cats attacked his brother’s jeans.

Jason Kelce, recently retired NFL star and brother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is having a good laugh at his brother's expense thanks to a Taylor Swift fan’s witty comment.

It all started with Travis' interesting fashion choice at a recent NBA playoff game.  Sporting a pair of jeans with extensive rips, he caught the eye of a Swiftie. 

Referencing Swift's well-known love for cats, the fan, @thisisvertrying on X (formerly Twitter), joked, “What the f*** did taylor cats do with his jeans?” referencing the singer's three feline companions: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button.

The joke attracted the attention of Jason Kelce himself, who reposted the comment on X, adding his amused approval: “Now that's funny!”

While Travis hasn't commented on the ripped jeans quip, he has mentioned Taylor Swift on multiple occasions on his shared podcast with his brother, ‘New Heights.’ 

Around the time that their romance began, Travis mentioned on the podcast that he wanted to give her a “friendship bracelet” with his “phone number” on it.

Swift, currently on her Eras Tour, has included songs speculated to be about Travis in her setlist, performing ‘So High School’ and ‘The Alchemy’ for the first time during the Paris show he attended.
