Demi Lovato celebrated one year of marriage to Jordan Lutes with tribute shared on Instagram

Demi Lovato has celebrated the first anniversary of her marriage to Canadian musician Jordan “Jutes” Lutes with a message shared on social media.
The singer marked the occasion on May 25 by posting a series of throwback photographs on Instagram alongside a personal tribute to her husband.
“1 year married to the one I love the most, my best friend and my favourite human @jutesmusic. 365 days ago, I stood across from u reciting my vows, thinking it wasn't possible to love u any more than I already do, but here we r a year later, and somehow I love u even more than that. This has been the best year of my life,” Lovato wrote.
Lutes responded in the comments section with his own message, writing, “I will never ever know how I ended up with someone as special as u. My favourite human and my whole universe. I love u so much baby.”
Lovato and Lutes married in California in May 2025 after publicly confirming their relationship in August 2022. The couple became engaged the following year.
Lutes, an independent musician from Ottawa, previously collaborated with Lovato on several tracks from her 2022 album Holy Fvck.
He co-wrote songs including Substance, Happy Ending and City of Angels. The album debuted at number seven on the Billboard 200 chart following its release.
The anniversary post attracted attention from fans on social media, with many congratulating the couple and reacting to the messages shared online.
