Suspect trapped girl on pretext of marrying her

A man was booked by Shera Kot police on Monday for sexually assaulting a young girl and her brother for six years and filming the act.

Tanveer, a neighbour of the victims, had allegedly trapped the girl on the pretext of marrying her. He developed a physical relationship with her and filmed the sexual acts with her.

Later, he started blackmailing the victim and threatened to post her videos on social media. The suspect also trapped the brother of the victim by blackmailing and sexually assaulted him. He allegedly filmed the act and kept blackmailing the two siblings for six years.

Two days back, the suspect had an altercation with the father of the victims and he forwarded videos of both the victims to him.

The father of the victims told police that the suspect had misbehaved with him when he stopped him from flashing a laser light on his house during a power breakdown. The suspect misbehaved and started hurling abuses at him. He then briefly afterwards forwarded the videos of his children.

The man said that the suspect was annoyed because he for the last few days had been pressuring his children for another opportunity of sexual assault. Police have arrested the suspect, retrieved the videos from his cell phone and registered a case against him.

Meanwhile, a suspect involved in sexually harassing schoolgirls has been arrested from Samanabad area. The arrested suspect identified as Yasir Usman is reported to have criminal record.

At least 10 cases of illegal weapons, theft and robbery have been registered against him in different police stations of the city. The suspect has been to jail earlier as well.

A few days back, a video on social media went viral in which a motorcyclist could be seen sexually harassing girls while passing through streets.

The suspect in the video could be seen touching indecently a girl walking with children while passing through a street.
