Under the e-profile project, data of 378,933 teachers in Punjab has been uploaded on the online portal. A total of 13 million teachers’ documents have been uploaded on the digital platform.
The data of all educators in the province will be transferred and posted online in near future. The system of pension and retirement has also been made completely online.
After this, the teachers will no longer have to visit educational offices for any work as their queries can be solved at home. The teachers’ transfer applications to districts and provinces will also be received online from July 10.

The teachers have been issued separate passwords and codes of their profiles. It has also been promised that the secrecy in the e-profile of teachers will be maintained.
The teachers organisations’ leaders, including Muhammad Shafiq Bhalwalia and Basharat Iqbal Raja supported the e-profile system of teachers and said that the move has put an end to the humiliation of teachers, especially of female teachers in the educational offices.
