KARACHI:

Corps Commander Lieutenant General Muhammad Zahir-ul Islam reviewed the troops currently going under intense training near the Kotri field ranges on Thurday.

The training is aimed to improve collective and individual battle skills in a present low-intensity environment. Troops from Pannu Aqil, Hyderabad, Malir, Chorr and Badin garrisons were given specialised training to combat urban terrorism. Junior leaders were evaluated to understand different crisis situations and to overcome them in the shortest time possible. Decision-making skills were also instilled.
